What breed of horse does this sound like?

I'm all most positive that it is a Gypsy Vanner. They were brought here by a couple who were on vacation in England. The really liked them, and bought about six and had them brought here, where they breed them. They aren't very common here, but they are in England. That would explain why they aren't that special in Europe. They are heavily built, like work horses, and their hooves are feathered, and they are also piebald (like a paint but with only two colors, black and white). Hope this answers your questions, and I hope I got it right!
