I need advice.. i have no ideaa what to do anymoree?

i have no interest in a old friend and she wants me to tell her everything and i just cant.. not cuz i dont trust but just because theres nothing in common anymore. she tends to just follow me.. and im not sure if i should confront her or should i just pretend that everything is okk.
