I wanted to ask If cleaning a huge two story house a workout? That consists of doing about 8 load of laundry washing drying and floding, and moping, vaming, washing dishes, cleaning the yard, dusting the gl tables, and brooming. Well I was so exhaused by the end of the day i started this around 7 am all the way until 4pm and i didnt have enough energy to still go and do my daily two hour workout.. so is this a fat burner?
