Need help identifying this movie?

the movie opens with 2 brothers and they shoot their parents in bed, years later they break out of prison and take a family hostage, the mum goes with the older brother and teenage daughter with the younger one, they have some sort of weird underworld thing like under the house and they all shoot eachother and die, the only person that survives is the little girl. pretty sure one of the bros names is james or last name or something. watched it years ago
