Having problem with my submerged pump in water well 90' deep.Getting lots of air in water line.?

Could be any of those problems. Since the trouble seems to be air bubbles and it was flushed, you may need to run it and clean the whole system. Or call a well pump company or ask your neighbors for who they use as a handyman for their well problems.
