Why does Marvel/Disney comic hate The Black Panther?

Black Panther was a major player during the civil war, and was simply bada$$ during the skulls invasion... The king of a powerful technology rich nation. Powered by a mystic herb,after he ambush by doom he further empower himself with magic? now he justs a man filling in for daredevil? There's only four black characters BP, Luke cage, storm and blade, worth mentioning. Luke cage is the only one being showcase!
