What is the difference between a tactical bomber and a strategic bomber when the subject matter is war?

A tactical bomber deals with individual targets, such as a tank or a enemy bunker. a tactical bomber also usually is taking out a target to support ground forces. A strategic bomber, deals with leveling larger areas, and means of production such as factory complexes.A strategic bomber usually isn't directly supporting the actual ground fight, but eliminating an enemies capabilities to support a war. A nuclear bomber, would usually be considered a strategic bomber because it can take out a city, and all the factories and targets in it.
