What does Pheobe symbolize in Catcher in the Rye?

I'm writing an essay on this book (it's my favorite :P), I know pheobe symbolizes innocence and purity and everything...but my essay is on the theme of siblings in Catcher in the Rye. Does anyone have any thoughts on what their relationship symbolizes, and what she represents to Holden? Thank you!
