My mom abuses me?

my mom abuses me for no reason sometimesshe just messes with me and then laugh i actually think she hates me i dont want to report her to the police because she works there and they wont belive a little kid like me i am just so scared i dont want to take counciling either i dont know what i should do some times she hits me with the broom im scared that im going to kill myself i almost came close to it one day i was in the bathroom and i was just so mad i almost drowned myself my gerbil died yesterday and she actually started crying after 2 years of calling him ugly and she blammed that i killed him im just so sick of her i dont want her to die then what will i have can you please help me i dont know what to do
