Is my tongue piercing infected?

I just got my tongue pierced on Sunday and its now Thursday. While I know that some swelling is normal, I've got teeth imprints on both sides of my tongue, its bleeding, it HURTS, it's discolored and hugely swollen in the middle of my tongue. I also can't feel my tongue at all, which is probably a good thing because to have teeth imprints like these I would've had to bit down hard like when I have a seizure and that is painful. Is it infected? What should I do?
