Have women made the workplace less fun?

Oh yeah, let's go back to the way things were when I was a teen in the 80s working in an office full of rude, middle-aged men that thought nothing of making off color remarks or crude advances. The only defense we had was to stick out our tongue or tell them how ugly they were. Those laws didn't come about for nothing.
