Cant tell if im ovulating!!! please help TTC?

i had a chemical pregnancy a few weeks ago, i was told it shouldnt change my cycle. it is now the day i should be ovulating and i feel those usual twinges of pain but no CM. i checked my cervix which is hard but not high nd not low, and after my fingers had clear CM on them. maybe i just havnt ovulated yet? or maybe i wont this month due to my chemical pregnancy someone PLEASE I NEED ADVICE!!! I DONT WANT TO MISS IT THIS MONTH
