What are different ways to get to ko samui from bangkok?

Im in thailand for two weeks and want to see a good set of islands.ex: ko tao, samui, phang etc. i want to know the DIFFERENT WAYS ways i can make it there from bangkok and back for under 100 usd's. any help would be awesome. Thanks!
