IT question about industry certs: A+, Net+, and CCNA?

I'll be finishing up a bachelor's degree in networking within the year and I am really interested in a self study guide for these certs to get a jump on my career. Most of what I see offered on the internet is kind of pricy, such as the one offered by www.preplogic.com. Is the ~$500 per cert they charge a ballpark figure for a good program or is it an overpriced scam. Keep in mind I like how this one has a bunch of videos in addition to text and practice exams; but, the price is putting me off.
